Kate Mayo
Owner
Kate was born in MA but was raised a Florida girl. She has a work hard, play hard mentality and when she's not busy she enjoys biking, hiking, traveling in the camper with her family to explore new things (her favorite camp sites are near or on the beach), arts and crafts and just spending downtime with her family.
She has over 25 years of customer service and admin experience, 12 of that as an Executive Assistant. She is also the owner of a small business with her husband. She started to recognize the need for administrative work that goes into running a business from a different perspective and decided to start a company to assist busy business owners and entrepreneurs that focused on ethics and integrity. She started On Point with just one client and worked effortlessly to grow her clientele. Using her knack for being a quick learner she expanded her knowledge into many fields.
While she has Property Management and Construction industry specific experience, she has worked with clients with vast backgrounds. She understands that even when clients come from the same industry, each have specific and unique needs.
She is an expert at helping business owners identify their pains and put in place the administrative assistance to provide the relief needed to focus on the forward progress on their business. She works quickly and efficiently to assist each of her clients and strives to make each one feel like her one and only. She takes your success personally!

Jessica Fowler
Social Media Manager
Jessica is a native of Polk County, FL. Born in Winter Haven and raised in Davenport, she and her family over the years migrated west to Lakeland and have been here for the last two decades. Since she was young, Jessica has been interested in all things creative. From crafts, to painting, to interior design, and event planning, she has dabbled in a little bit of everything. As technology progressed and design became part of the digital world, she became a freelance graphic designer while earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising Design.
Additionally, in her early 20s, Jessica spent a lot of time doing mission work in various countries including Costa Rica, Cuba, and Botswana, Africa. Whether helping build houses, working at orphanages, or painting murals at a church, Jessica greatly enjoyed getting to know the locals and immersing herself in the culture.
With her various experiences and honed skills, Jessica puts passion and attention to detail in everything she creates. She is thrilled to apply this to her work as social media manager for On Point Virtual Solutions.

Tara Roberts
Virtual Administrative Assistant
Tara has over 15 years experience in administrative and leadership roles. She has a knack for working efficiently and executing tasks quickly. She is a quick learner and is very self motivated to accomplish goals for her and her clients. She has an incredibly bright personality, which clients love and has been known to build trust and rapport quickly. She works with her clients’ best interest in mind and wants to see each of them exceed their own expectations and goals!

Angel Cespedes
Bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistant
Angel was born in New Jersey but was raised in Florida. She is happily married with one amazing child. On her time off she enjoys being with her family and getting creative. She also enjoys traveling and sightseeing. She is On Point's bilingual (Spanish) assistant. In addition to her strong customer service background, She is a quick learner, exhibits professionalism and patience, and is adept at resolving issues and completing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Lexi Mulkey
Administrative Assistant
Lexi was born and raised in Lakeland, Fl. and loves to spend her free time on the water or at the beach. She is excited to welcome her first baby this year...and we are so excited for her!
Lexi joins our team with a strong administrative background and an array of office skills. She is a quick learner who is very self-motivated. She takes positive initiative in learning client platforms and procedures. She completes work in a very timely manner, always seems to have a smile in her voice, and is definitely always ready to help clients meet their business goals!
